When it comes to music, I am wildly schizophrenic. I am a genuine music lover, having studied music most of my life. I will be listening to "Bad Day" by Daniel Powder one minute, and Mozart's "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" the next. I enjoy every genre of music I have ever listened to, although I am quite picky about exactly which songs I will listen to., Very few people have ever understood how music effects me. The right song, phrase, or even chord or note, can touch my soul in it's furthest reaches. Certain songs move me...to cry, to smile, to dance, to be still and listen, to act, to pray, or to sing at the top of my lungs for everyone to hear. As long as the music does something to me or for me, I will listen to it over and over. I enjoy Classical, World Music, Top 40, Country, Christian, Rock (in all it's various forms), R&B, Hip-hop, Rap, Metal, Reggae, Soul, Alternative, Oldies, and even Children's music (with my daughter) amog others. Music moves me, and is a driving force in my life.

I really enjoy reading. I have so many favorites, that it is difficult to name them all. I enjoyed Jack Kerouac's Drug and tuna fish driven "On The Road", but I also am a fan of J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" series. "To Kill A Mockingbird" was one of my first favorites, and recently I have been reading more non-fiction books on self-help, and forensics (which I plan to study in the near future). As a stay-at-home mom, I don't have the amount of time to sit and read as I did in the past, but I still enjoy those few precious, quiet minutes I can sneak in everyday, to grab a book and read just a few more pages.

Conservative, but I don't generally stick to one party or another.
